The Songe velvet range from the "EPIC" brand is a very pretty collection of cushions, bed ends (quilts) and curtains.

On this article, we're going to talk only about the velvet cushions (cushion 40x55 cm and cushion 45x45 cm) and velvet eiderdowns (90x200 cm).

EPIC is a new brand offering only linen and velvet.

This is 100% cotton velvet, thick and very well combed.

The Songe velvet collection currently consists of seven identical solid colors in the baths between the quilts and cushions. If you want to do tone-on-tone identical, so there will be almost no bath difference.

Example: the Orange Songe cushion will be the same tone as the Songe plaid/buttonboard or Orange curtain.

Let's describe seven velvet colors:

• Poudre (pink) is a soft pink as Celadon is for green. In particular, they are two colors that are easy to combine.

• Lemon is a peculiar but beautiful color. The bath is perfect, there's not too much green in this yellow. There's just the right hint to keep the yellow from being bland.

• The Orange is gorgeous. It's a deep orange that has a lot of presence for lovers of this color. When you want to add a splash of color to a room, this one is perfect.

The 90x200 cm size of the velvet quilt will go perfectly on a sofa or any bed width. From 140x200cm to 200x200cm.

Here's a small example of one (of many) color combinations you could make:

With the Celadon quilt, you could combine a small Poudre and Orange velvet cushion in size 45x45cm with a small 40x55cm Celadon cushion in addition for the reminder of the color of the end of the bed and to mix shapes.

Never hesitate to mix cushion shapes and sizes together.

Square and rectangular cushions mix to perfection.

Beyond these seven very beautiful colors of these velvets. Both the cushion and the quilt have a very subtle little finish around them.

The velvet cushion and the velvet quilt have a little beige cotton quilting to very soberly bring out the color of the velvet. This small border is discreet and makes the difference when looking at the cushions or bed ends.
