All our deliveries are made either:

• at a collection point: via the Chrono Relais service (The choice of the collection point is made on a map that is displayed. after payment)
• Home delivery: via GLS
• Home delivery: via Colissimo
• Home delivery: via Chronopost Express service (Delivery J+1 before 1pm), working days.
• At home: by Heppner for furniture
• At home: through our sofa supplier

Delivery is therefore free for a total purchase amount exceeding €100 in France (excluding Chronopost service), except for furniture.

If the order is too large to be accepted by a Chrono Relay, the order will be automatically shipped to your home via GLS or Colissimo.

If you wish to make a return:

The returned item must be in its original packaging, with all labels attached. It must be folded in the same way if it has been unpacked. It must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

You just need to put a sticky note or a small piece of paper with your name and order number so that the returns department can identify you.

If we find that the product is not returned in a condition that allows it to be sent back, we will apply a fee equivalent to 20% of the value of the product in order to repair the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the item, we will process your refund.

Sofaed:

Delivery within a maximum of 4 weeks via our service provider. Delivery costs are included, and shipping is direct from the supplier. If the customer refuses delivery of the sofa, the return shipping costs will be charged, or, in the case of a refund request, deducted from the refunded amount.

If you wish to make a return:
