All orders will be exclusively governed by these general conditions of sale, to the exclusion of any other conditions of purchase.

9 - Failure to pay - Reservation of title

10 - Transfer of risks

The transfer of risks to the customer occurs upon delivery of the products by home-beddings-and-curtains.com to the end customer via the carrier. 12 - Delivery / Returns

If we find that the product is not returned in a condition allowing its return, we will apply a fee equivalent to 20% of the value of the product in order to repair the product.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have paid shipping costs for your order (purchase for an amount of less than 100 euros), you will be reimbursed for the entire order, shipping costs included (See CGV chapter 12 at the bottom on the left of the home page).

13 - Force majeure
Expressly, cases of force majeure are those usually retained by the case law of French courts and tribunals.
The occurrence of a case of force majeure will initially automatically suspend execution of the order.
If beyond a period of three (3) months, the parties note the persistence of the case of force majeure, the order will be automatically canceled, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
14 - Withdrawal of products in the absence of the customer
If the recipient is absent during delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The products must be collected from the address and according to the methods indicated by the carrier.
In the event of non-collection within the time limits set by the carrier, the products will be returned to home-beddings-and-curtains.com which reserves the right to refund the price, with shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the customer.
15 - Claims
Complaints for non-conformity of the product(s) delivered with the order must be made in writing directly to home-beddings-and-curtains.com and this within 48 hours of receipt. The customer must keep the packaging and the delivery slip.
In the event of an error on the product, the customer undertakes to return said product or products concerned within 15 days of their receipt to home-beddings-and-curtains.com under the condition that they are returned without opening their packaging, in their original condition and packaging with the accompanying documents.
Upon receipt of the product in due form, home-beddings-and-curtains.com will return, at its expense, the product initially ordered.
16 - Right of withdrawal
The customer of Home-beddings-&-curtains has, within 15 working days of delivery of his order, a right of return, at his own expense, for exchange or refund of products that do not suit them in accordance with article L 121–21 of the Consumer Code (the legal period being 14 days).
If this deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public or non-working holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.
The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. It must not have been used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however minimal, and be in a perfectly clean state.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalties, with the exception of return costs.
In the event of cancellation of delivery of the order while it is being shipped, the entire order preparation and transport costs will be subtracted from the refund of the order.
Within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the product, the customer will be reimbursed for the sums paid. To this end, he will communicate to home-beddings-and-curtains.com his bank details unless he ordered by credit card. In the case of payment by card, the reimbursement is made directly via this card.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in the event of withdrawal.

22 - Non-waiver

23 - Nullity
If one or more stipulations of these general conditions is held to be invalid or declared such in application of a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will retain all their strength and reach.
24 - Dispute
This contract is subject to French law, both for the substantive rules and for the formal rules.
